Omeo Aboriginal shares a genuine commitment to supporting local charities, sporting clubs and making a positive contribution to the communities we live and work in.
Where possible we always strive to employ locally and develop our own team with training and mentoring to ensure they meet their personal and professional goals.
We also run a mentoring program which is designed to help Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people of all ages. It’s about forming good habits, guiding by example, acknowledging achievements and being inclusive. We work with individuals not only to overcome their personal barriers but thrive in their professional pursuits.

Our director is a proud man from the Tuin Nation on NSW South Coast. Our team understands the importance of adhering to cultural protocols and they respect the customs of all communities we work in.
We also know that the success of our business relies on relationships and the participation of suppliers and community groups from the areas we live and work in. We believe in harnessing the energy and capabilities of the communities we are working in. We are also committed to sourcing local suppliers.
Omeo Aboriginal is committed to reducing the impact of its operations on the environment.
We acknowledge that as a service organisation we can minimise the negative impact on the environment in many small ways as well as be a role model for responsible and sustainable environmental behaviour of our staff and suppliers.
